Depth Psychotherapist in San Francisco
Looking for a place to show your grief and really be heard? Or, are you longing and wishing for a different career and want to explore what that might be? Or, are you a parent of a baby or any age child through adulthood and want to learn how to resolve conflicts, with love, to build the family bonds you deeply desire? These are the areas I work with individuals in, here in San Francisco and also throughout California. I work with grief and other complex emotions, in groups, with individuals and via therapy intensives.
Ready to face your grief, doubt, worry and explore your deepest emotions? Ready to start your own reset? I have significant experience with parenthood, long relationships and entrepreneurship. Together, we can and will move forward.

Types of Therapy
1
Individual Therapy Sessions
Most often, I am working with clients twice a month (the first and third weeks), with the expectation that the client works on reflection and other specific assignments during our usual scheduled time for therapy. This is a more efficient and cost-effective way of working for most of my clients, while maintaining a consistent and reliable framework for therapeutic progress and healing. When the client is ready, we work toward ending or monthly/quarterly sessions.
2
Therapy Intensive Sessions
For clients who travel or have ever-changing schedules, therapy intensives often work perfectly for them. We will meet 2 or 3 times in one week for 90 minute sessions, focused specifically on healing from grief, exploring career change options or support and planning out parenting strategies. There will be included assignments outside the sessions, to maximize progress and growth in the intensives and for reference afterward by the client.
3
Group Therapy
When seeking the extra support and lower cost of being a participant in a group, clients often find healing within the group environment. I offer groups in the following areas: to explore and confront your grief; coping with emotionally immature parents; learning parent coping strategies and tools; and getting support for identity, relationship and career changes. New groups continue be created based on interest and demand, often from client ideas.

Group Therapy Offerings
I have found groups to be a source of validation and growth and healing, and accessible to many due to the lower costs. Groups are 6 - 8 weeks long, virtual, $75 per session and a closed format. I usually have specific dates on my Pyschology Today Profile, or email me for information on future offerings, dates and fees.
